I'm in the "Privilege Chair"

Yesterday one of our amazing clearinghouse volunteers was hard at work answering the phones and connecting with clients. She had a “moment” while working hard. She later shared “I realized today while taking phone calls regarding the ‘Ephrata Project’ that I was feeling that I am in the ‘privilege’ chair! It is an honor to take the needs of these dear people and know that volunteers are standing in the ‘ready’ to meet those very needs.”
