Jay Rairigh

Executive Director

Jay and his wife Becky, have lived and served in Lancaster County for twenty three of their thirty-two-year marriage.  Together, they have two daughters: Juli married to Kyle Lehman; Jeni married to Nich Leaman; and three grandchildren, Eliza, Ada, and Joey.

Jay graduated from Penn State University; served with the professional staff of the Boy Scouts of America in two councils including Lancaster, PA; served on Hempfield United Methodist Church staff; brought pastoral leadership with two new church starts; and just completed several years in the in-home non-medical care industry with Lancaster Home Instead Senior Care and Homestead Village.  

In 2019 the Spirit engaged Jay to consider how to best fulfill Kingdom work at 55 years old. The ensuing road led to Love INC of Lancaster County where Jay became Executive Director in 2020. 

Katie Leaman

Communications & Donor Development Coordinator

Katie joined Love INC of Lancaster County in May 2021. She and her husband Ben, live in Lititz with their 3 young boys. Katie has years of experience working in the faith-based non-profit world, managing events and donor development, as well as communications. When she’s not working, you can find her chasing after her active boys, enjoying the outdoors or a good book.

President

Bill is the Vice President of Development at Messiah Lifeways. He is excited to join Love INC’s mission, offering his experience and insight in development and fundraising. 

David Eisenberg

Vice President

David is a Chiropractor with Wenger Chiropractic. This is David’s second year serving on the Love INC Board, however he has been involved with Love INC for many years. He brings a great leadership and community focus to the organization. 

Nate Minnich

Board secretary

Nate serves on the leadership team at Rohrer’s One Hour, bringing direction to marketing and communications. He has over 7 years of history, leading our Compassion projects, beginning with the Manheim project and culminating in leading our affiliate-wide campaign in 2021. 

Rev. Don Hackett

Board member

Rev. Don Hackett and his wife, Rila have lived in Lancaster, PA for over 25 years. He has served churches in Lancaster, York, and Lehigh Counties. He currently coaches leaders and consults for local churches in fruitful adaptive change. Don sees many everyday activities as faith-deepening practices, including baking sourdough bread, drumming, walking with his wife, and photographing nature. 

Jose Jimenez

Board Member

Jose is the Pastor of Activ8 Church in Lancaster City for and is also on staff with Water Street Rescue Mission. Jose and his wife, Minelly have been pastoring in Lancaster City for over 10 years. They are passionate about parenting their 2 children, demonstrating the love of God to their community in practical ways and advancing the kingdom of God through discipleship. 

Laurie Mellinger

Board Member

Laurie serves as Professor of Christian Theology and Spiritual Formation at Evangelical Seminary of Kairos University, teaching classes and mentoring students. She also offers spiritual direction to a variety of people seeking deeper relationship with God, and leads small groups that gather virtually to listen to God through the Scriptures. She brings her gifts of administration and discernment to the Love INC team. Laurie is ordained as a chaplain by LMC (Lancaster Mennonite Conference). 

Tracy Seiger

Board Member

Part of the Seiger Team, Tracy is a realtor with Life Changes Realty. She brings multiple career experiences to the table, having also worked on CYS staff for Lancaster County. Tracy currently serves on our Affordable Housing Team and has served in several key roles within our Homes of Hope program. 

Jeff Miller

Board Member

Jeff is an attorney with the firm Saxton & Stump, a regional law firm centered in Lancaster, and Director-in-Charge of a national healthcare consulting firm named Granite Governance, Risk and Compliance. Jeff is also an adjunct law professor at Villanova University. Jeff and his wife Kathy have two grown daughters.

Denise Reinoso Wayman

Board Member

Denise Reinoso Wayman started with Everence Federal Credit Union (EFCU) in 2002.  She has held numerous roles, most recently transitioning to Director of Operations where she works closely with
the leadership team and branch managers.   Denise is passionate about financial literacy and providing excellent service to members.

In addition to her professional role at EFCU, Denise volunteers with several local nonprofit organizations.   

Denise resides in Lancaster City with her family and is a long-time member of In The Light Ministries. She enjoys cooking, traveling, and helping those in need.
