Connect Your Church Family With Your Neighbors

September 8 or September 18 – Virtual informational meetings geared for churches who haven’t been in THE MEAL campaign before. Attendance optional. Connect and learn more about THE MEAL.
By September 30th – Interested churches sign up to participate in THE MEAL.
October 6 or October 9 – Choose which Orientation Meeting works for you. 10/6 is a virtual meeting that begins at 6:30 PM. 10/9 is in-person at our Manheim Farm Show booth.
By October 24 – Churches communicate how many meals/neighbors they will provide.
On November 7 – Love INC will distribute the names of families needing meals to church coordinators.
From November 7 to November 21 – Church individuals will connect with individual families to talk and to hear what ingredients make the best meal for the family.
November 21, 22, or 23 – Church individuals take ingredients to the family.
On November 27 – Thanksgiving dinners happen.

September 30th-ish – Love INC will connect with school districts and share which churches are participating.
October 24th – Love INC will share the exact number of families that we need to provide to church individuals.
November 6th – Provide family names to Love INC so that Love INC can distribute them to churches.
